I know this isn't a requests thread, but I don't know where an animation request would go.
I've noticed that a lot of Peach textures have her in a short skirt or just pants. I find it odd that she runs while holding onto an invisible dress. What I'm asking for is a FitPeachMotionEtc.pac that makes her not grab onto her dress in her walking, running, and taunt animations. It wouldn't make her look weird in her dress, but it would make her look normal in other clothes, too.
Pretty please?
Feel free to move this topic to another sub-forum if it isn't in the right place.
Yes, I'm aware that there was already a Galaxy Mario thread, but I don't think that was ever actually made into a moveset.
So far, I've made two animations, his Neutral B on land and in the air. I haven't started the PSA yet, because I want the animations done first. (this will use Brawl+ Mario as a base)
My plans:
n-B: Star Spin - Same thing as in SMG. Moderate move, lasts just as long as old Fireball. Gives small vertical boost if done in air (sort of like Fox's reflector).
up-B: Sling Star - Mario is shot into the air. Hits opponents along way, causes blast of energy at launch. (this will use the ItemDragoonGet animation)
side-B: ??? Maybe long jump or star bit (might be switched with n-B)
down-B: Grounded: ??? Aerial: Ground Pound - Same as Yoshi's down-B
side-Smash: Same as before, but with electrical damage. (may be changed)
Taunts: I don't have any ideas, but I'd like them to be changed.
Every move is open to suggestions.
Animations:
SmashThrow____: aerials? Rebound: Star bit throw? AssistTrophy: taunt?
I've heard some people saying their SD Cards were corrupted when they tried the clone engine with 2 PSA's for the same character. By this I mean, being able to play as Pichu or Manchu depending on what you press, but having Pichu be the default choice.
Okay, I've been constantly thinking about model hacking and I've got a few questions. 1. How would stage hacking work? Wouldn't you need to specify whether a part of the model is tangible, drop-through, etc? 2. Is Pharrox's converter anywhere near being finished? 3. How far have people gone in making/editing models (though they can't be used yet). 4. How would animation hacking work? 5. Would this be as popular as PSA Hacking? I'm sure it will take more skill.
Wild Pokemon Pack (for Brawl+ CSS) This contains the CSP's for Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard by themselves. There are versions for all costumes, painstakingly Photoshopped to look like actual snapshots.
Individual Zelda and Sheik Pack (for Brawl+ CSS) Same concept as the Wild Pokemon Pack, this contains CSP's for Zelda and Sheik by themselves, for each costume.
NOTE: The above 3 are for CUPASH, they use magenta as transparency. If you're using SmashBox, make sure to delete all magenta before replacing the original files.
That code is crazy complicated to use from what I've seen, but it has potential. Sure you can't use Lucario v.s. Mewtwo, but you can use both at different times without having to mess with files on the SD card! Also, this means twice as many texture slots for everybody. If somebody understands this code well enough to get it to work, please make a tutorial.
Alright, we all hate those obnoxious freezes that the Wii has when we hack, but those are always caused by something obviously wrong, like a billion pokeballs on the screen at once, or Manchu. For some reason though, I've noticed that recently, my Wii would freeze at the end of random matches, once everybody's pressed A enough. What I mean is, when I'm on the victory screen, everybody presses A or + to get back to the CSS, and then nothing happens. The victory theme continues to play, there's no loud beep, but I can see that the disc just stopped spinning. Then I have to turn off the Wii like any other freeze.
I've tried deleting the music hacked victory themes, but it still froze. I know it's not PSA, because this happens to nonhacked characters too. I think it's the Brawl+ CSS, but nobody else has talked about this problem.
The codes I have on: Default Settings: 5 stock, No time Custom SSS No Stale Moves No Tripping Pokemon Trainer Infinite Stamina Unrestricted Camera Unrestricted Replay Camera CSS Fixes for ZSS and Zelda v2 CSS Fixes for Giga and company v2 Custom CSS Independent Pokemon Engine+no wreck My Music File Patch Code 3.5 Colored Shields
So, I've been hearing about this SmashBox, but what exactly is it? What's the difference between it and ASH and STASH? Is it better in general, or are there some things I'll need ASH for?
They don't have any default emerald textures, but maybe it might be possible through some complicated stuff to make a faux emerald texture for each of them. I know that you can't just add the edge folders into the texture and try to make a .pac with ASH, but maybe hexing or something can get it to work. If that doesn't work, where are the textures for when they get a metal box? Could that be used too?
He has all the attributes of Captain Falcon, so he’s no longer the heavy slow Ganon we all know. He also has two aerial jumps to make up for the fact that he’s easier to K.O. now.
Up Tilt: I’ve completely replaced this. It now uses his up throw animation and does electric damage to those above or close in front.
Forward Smash: His arm is engulfed with darkness and he lunges forward, striking the opponent with full force. An effective k.o. move.
Nuetral B: Right before he punches, time itself slows down all opponents. Also has new darkness graphics during the charging part.
Side B: On the ground, he punches the opponent with darkness. It uses the jab animation and Warlock Punch graphic. In the air, it’s the usual move, but with cooler graphics.
Forward Aerial: Does darkness damage and is now angled downwards for a sort of meteor smash.
Back Aerial: Same, but does electric damage.
Up Taunt: His laughing victory taunt, also covered in darkness.
Side Taunt: His kneeling victory taunt.
Down Taunt: His entrance through the darkness portal.
Final Smash: Same as usual, but slows down time dramatically and lasts long after he returns from beast form. Not as overpowered as it sounds, Super Sonic is still deadlier.
