That would be cool. I personally support that idea. Only few would make it that high, though.
Honestly, a personal goal of mine is to reach 100,000, but that 200,000 would establish a new goal for me, even though I'd have to really strive to get it.

For the contest, just craft a stage(it can be to the best of your abilities, which I don't require but I'd strongly recommend) and submit it to the contest, then a few will judge the submissions. I'll make a thread later on should I decide to carry out the idea.
For the Fountain of Dreams...well, given my difficulty explaining certain details, I may just have to create it anyway.
I plan to have the battle take place atop a fountain, of course, with some more realistic yet spectral-colored water. The little fountains would make the outer platforms float, and I would try to find a way to make a third fountain slowly move the upper platform left and right. I would make the terrain just above a lake, with mountains surrounding. There would be a rainbow-ish aurora above the stage as well, and maybe fireworks, just because. I also want to add a colored fog, similar to this.
Note: the stage will not look like that.
Edit: Something about my "Projected" banner was really annoying to me, so I re-did it.
I want to hold a stage contest, perhaps around the beginning of June. More details if/when I get around to it. I'd like a few of you better stagers to at least acknowledge it.
I also had an idea to make a custom Fountain of Dreams stage. Just because.
-Env shader for windows -Import of chandelier platforms -collision for chandelier platforms -Import of background characters (Kinklink, etc) -Positioning of walls, chandeliers, and characters (separate objects) -Animation for background, chandeliers, characters, and props -Shader animation for candle wax -Lighting in General -Animation frames for chandelier lighting -Setting of player/item spawn points, camera boundaries, etc.
So DSX8 honestly can't do these himself? Perhaps he's lost interest in it...
I knew I forgot to slap something on my SD card earlier.

[EDIT] Climbed the tower. Worked over FD no problem. Had several Brawl Minus battles. Used Gecko. NSTC-U. No freezes aside from Samus's Super Missle (which is an Ice Missile in Minus).
This is an even greater relief...
It still perplexes me why it freezes for some people...Well, off to do some other stuff. Again, thanks for the feedback. I'll post some updates whenever I get around to them.
Edit: Cleaned up and added a few things to the OP.
I was thinking about why the stage freezes for some people. Might be the filesize, or too many models. Not sure, but it could also be certain character hacks. I never really used hacked characters on my stages, except the new Shadow just recently.

Bowser's Keep is up for grabs! Anybody who thinks they are up to the challenge of completing this dynamic stage should contact both DSX8 and I via PM. DSX8 can provide his current progress on the scene and all of the assets that go with it, and I will provide all of the details such as keyframe timing, precise coordinates, etc.
Now, this is a complex stage (moving parts, animated lights, complex shaders), so having a decent amount of skill in stage creation is highly recommended. Please know that if you take on this task, it will require a good amount of effort, but I will be here to give you support every step of the way.
So, any takers?
Edit: Here's a list of things that have already been accomplished for the stage (as far as I can tell) -import of stage floor, walls, and skybox -vertex painting for floor and walls -animated candle flames
I think you've used the same type of light flares on a few of your stages. I know a few that definitely have the same thing.
It honestly looked too good to be left out of this.

This stage was giving me some major issues. It was freezing for reasons I cannot understand. I had no idea deleting things or replacing modeldatas could corrupt the entire stage.
