This is a bit late but I think you should go for option 1 for hammer bros because that seems much better for a final smash but if it doesn't work then option 2 seems fine to me.

Yes it does nana just shares the same animations as popo for the most part so it will work out.

I dunno if its worth it... to vertex all the pikmin to boos >.>  that process looks like it takes forever.

Giving him a triple jump is possible just change attributes in psa but flying isn't possible.
