I was the one who found the solution to that problem some years ago and it's really a easy fix!
go to Rainbow Dash's PSA in Brawlbox, go down to her "Thrown" subaction (the subaction there she gets thrown, not throwing the opponent) and remove "FixedTransation" and "FixedScale" flag on all thrown subaction.
Including all DK thrown, Snakethrown, Ganonspecials Thrown, Captain Falcons UP B Throw, Bowsers SideB thrown, Warios B, Kirbys/Dedede B and Yoshis B thrown. that should fix the Thrown for EVERY throw in the game

how are the pixel explosion you are talking about?
does the model explodes and gets stretchs all over the screen when being throwed? caused it's easy to fix that
How exactly would you fix that I found snoopy's guide and did what it said but that didnt work, I found something else that involved changing her bone tree and that broke the psa...I'm currently reworking it but if someone can get me a quicker fix that would be amazing.
glad to see someone is giving zss some love, she's one of my mains in unhacked brawl but I've never had any ideas for her and don't really care to fight the filesize issue (good luck with that btw)

All help is welcome, I have no problem working with beginners especially since I'm not particularly experienced myself, as far as hardware you just need a wii and a copy of brawl (I think you can use the emulator dolphin but I don't know how to set it up) anything else can be found on this site. I'll send you both a pm with the skype group that the project is using right now since I prefer that over forum convos and because we can share stuff in real time.
Sorry to see you've run into a wall on this project, I was liking how it was going. I would have liked to help more, but college has sapped all my time...

We know the specials are broken, I made this post to find someone who can fix things, i guess i should at least say what they are supposed to do as we have ideas for everything but the NB

Dash works now for the most part, ) and a lot of animation is still needed but as it turns out all I needed to do was get off my plot and start working on it, I've been able to work out a lot of the glitches and there shouldn't be any freezing, I talk about some of the glitches in the video but there has been a lot of progress since the last release. feel free to let us know of glitches or just give basic feedback here
WE NEED A MODELER most of the issues right now are with Dash's model and lack of external gfx.
Known issues: throws stick to topN bone catch/break away releases really early holds stuff/freezes weird fs moves her forward on certain stages
The specials: now with a fancy rainbow trail (now a better trail from charatchan)
up B sucks opponent toward center of the tornado and works as a recovery
side B rushes forward and triggers flurry attacks if the rush connects
down B Dash bucks a storm cloud with tazer effect
NB- spins around to push opponent away and is also a reflector
final smash flies around dealing damage on contact and ending with a large hitbox (smart bomb explosion is a place holder for rainboom/nuke)
the boom will look something like this
and the nuke will be like this (preferably animated)
eight textures 00-normal, 01-daring do(needs a hat), 02-wonderbolts, 03-scootadash, 04-firefly (g1), 05-shadowbolts 06-lightning dust and XX-derpy (by xer ocarina)

ah just finished f aerial about to do dash attack, we should get a skype group to do this in real time for ease. and anivernage you wouldnt happen to be using the 3dsmax chr0 converter by chance, i cant remember if that made it the vault or not if you are thats probably causing the giant animations.
