Umm I already have a Sasuke PSA, over Diddy... I'm just cleaning animations for the v1.5 and I still need to make a Final Smash. It's based off Shippuden but you can use some of the animations if you want, just give credit.
Nuetral B is Chidori (hitbox needs adjustment) Side A is (I think) Fireball justu (Needs to be made bigger with bigger hitboxes) Final Smash... Susano'? I'm not sure what I want yet. Maybe Amaterasu.
I'd bump Naruto up a tier because you can chain counter and Uzimaki Barrage infinitely under the right conditions (a glitch I hope to fix) and put a note that the Sasuke PSA isn't done yet (the reason you glitched is probably because you're using Gecko) The Sasuke note is only if you decide to put Sasuke back in. He can also chain from Chidori Burst (down B counter) into side A combo.
You need to make codes do that Diddy has Sonic's IC-Constants, which you can easily find that stuff to make the codes in the Clone Engine thread. Also, add the No Entry/Result Data codes for Diddy:

I put all the files in the right spots, I have a gameconfig.txt so I KNOW it's not the length of the codes, and I am using the included .rel... I'm at a here. Everything else I have works fine - Naruto over DK, Viewtiful Joe over Yoshi, Shadow over Olimar, Sasuke over Diddy, and Sora over ROB... Can anyone help me figure this out? I've tried with and without the No Entry/Result Data codes I made for Jiggz/Mewtwo...
