1  Help & Tutorials / Help / Hacking help on: June 02, 2012, 10:25:48 PM
Hai. I've been hacking Brawl since 2010, but last year, a horrible problem came along: I lost my SD card. Of course, I found it later, but when I did, Gecko couldn't load my hacks. I tried many things before eventually giving up. Can this be fixed or will I have to reinstall SmashStack? I can provide additional details to anyone willing to help, but I'll be reinstalling SmashStack soon.
2  Help & Tutorials / Help / Hacks stopped working! on: December 22, 2011, 12:01:39 PM
A month or two ago, I attempted to start my Brawl hacks through Gecko after having just found my SD card, which had been lost for a few months. When I tried to run the hacks, Gecko stopped me with a 230-line limit. I fixed this later on with a gameconfig.txt with the following entered into it:
RSBE01:
codeliststart = 80570000
codelistend = 80580000
poke(800042B8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(80000000, 52534245, 803E9930, 60000000)
pokeifequal(80000000, 5253424A, 803E99A8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(80000000, 52534250, 803E9D5C, 60000000)
pokeifequal(80000000, 52534245, 801D5F60, 4800000C)
pokeifequal(80000000, 52534245, 80016C50, 60000000)
pokeifequal(80000000, 5253424A, 801D5FD8, 4800000C)
pokeifequal(80000000, 5253424A, 80016C50, 60000000)
pokeifequal(80000000, 52534250, 801D6740, 4800000C)
pokeifequal(80000000, 52534250, 80016CC4, 60000000)

This fixed the 230-line limit, but when I ran Brawl, none of my hacks were present! It was as if I was simply running the regular game! I can still run my .brstm and .thp files through Riivolution, but only those files. I use a 2GB MicroSD card, a modified Brawl+ .gct, Gecko 1.9.3.1, and a North American Brawl disk (RSBE01). If anyone knows how to fix this, please notify me immediately. If there's any additional information that you need, I'll add it right away.

EDIT: Just wanted to let you all know, it was working perfectly before I lost my SD card.
3  Help & Tutorials / Help / Gooey Bomb Help on: January 04, 2011, 05:54:52 PM
Hai. I don't know how the textures work on the Gooey Bomb in BrawlBox. If you've seen the Gooey Bomb textures and its 3D model, you should know what I mean. Screenshots: http://i52.tinypic.com/vil9h5.jpg

The first five are pictures of the textures (and I'm pretty sure there's no need to edit ItmChewingLight). The last one is of the 3D model shown in Brawl Box. And yes, I know that the tile around it will not look like that in-game. Please help me to understand the textures of the Gooey Bomb so I can make a working edit of it.
4  Help & Tutorials / Help / Kirby Hat Fix Needed on: November 13, 2010, 08:55:24 PM
Hai. If you haven't checked out my latest hack, go do it now. http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=13640
Download everything in the Brawl Hax folder (bin2jpg is optional and is for conversion of Brawl BIN pictures to JPEG pictures). I need help with the hats on my Kirby hack. They, strangely enough, turn Kirby back to his normal texture. If anyone can fix this, please do and send it to me. You will be credited hugely for doing such a big job. From the kirby.zip folder, all you need is the hat files. Although it would be great if you could edit the Warp Star for his entry to be red.
5  Help & Tutorials / Help / Hax help plz? on: October 15, 2010, 08:58:09 PM
I made a Kirby hack on FitKirby03.pac. I don't know why, but it just comes up as the standard blue Kirby. Oh shi~ Maybe I need a .pcs? I see what you did there ... Anyway, if anyone does know how to fix it, please reply. AWESOME 2.0! in advance. -Samzapp
