Noobish question, but I test my hacks out ALOT. Especially now that I'm making BRSTM's and I constantly need to test their volumes in-game. Anyways, I know that in order to prevent your audio from screwing up, you need to format your SD before you put new songs on it. That's where my question comes in.
I have an 8gb SDHC, and it's a pain to sit through each time I need to format it (15-20 minutes each time). Would it still be sufficient if I were to "quick format" instead, or will that just keep the results of the music getting all glitchy?
Thanks in advance, you guys~
uh what? why should you format it so many times, I've only formatted it once and it works perfectly with music + other hacks...
Yeah but doesen't the CSP require the common5.pac file?
I think you missed a point lol, The sc_selcharacter is needed to use CSP's BUT because you put the sc_selcharacter in a different folder, the common5.pac is just useless:P
and if you didn't know, the sc_selcharacter is IN the common5
Trying using the original file and see if it crashes or not. If it doesn't, then your own file has something corrupt in it. If it does however, then try playing without any hacks and see if it crashes (i had it before myself). If it still crashes it's your saved data, if not then it's hack related.
Yeah I know what you meen but, its not my save file, my save file was corrupted for a few times now so xD, but it just were the .brres files or something that creates csp files on the result screen above your match info
so I Deleted all of the files and its working again, The only thing is now that I no longer have those result screen CSP's -_-
There's two possibilities for that to happen. The first (and most common) is using the Dolphin emulator which has a 720p upscale output. They use a video recorder to get the footage from Dolphin and make a replay video out of it. Only catch to that is that you have to have a really powerful PC to get a decent framerate while recording video.
The second is that they have a HD capture card. Probably one of the more popular ones is the Hauppage HD one. The thing is, that setup's not true 720p, that's only 480p due to the Wii not having HD in the first place. Also, HD capture cards are fairly expensive compared to normal capture cards.
Hope that helps you out, and welcome to the forums.
*EDIT* Pride made a very good point too. Your video editor's going to matter a lot in the video quality.
well, the wii does have HD video, you just need a HDMI cable, (i'm not sure if its 720p or 1020 orsomething, but thats not the point lol)
look for a code that lets you move during the results - the one with the black background (old one). then it doesnt freeze
huh, I don't get it, it freezes because of an unknown reason (well,, to me) and I can fix it by changing the background of the result screen and being able to move on it ????
uhm yeah, my result screen isn't loading after a match, so, what causes the result screen not to load ? I think it are the portraits above the match info (how many kills, ground time etc.) but i'm not sure...
