The forum collation (I actually have no idea what that means Cheesy) defaults to latin_swedish but his username needed at least utf8_general_ci to work. So... I had to go through and convert all of the tables.

Further more, he shouldn't have been able to create that name in the first place. It should have thrown an error (much like the one you got when PMing him). After the conversions, my ピカノ name worked and I could send / receive PMs... but his returned 'user could not be found'.

So.. I went into the DB and looked at his profile there --- his name wasn't the actual characters... but rather HTML entities which display the characters. In order to send a PM to him, you had to write something like.... #3434;#5345;#5434;... so, I just replaced his name with what it actually displays and it worked.

Lol. Nice.

An on/off box you say? Asuka's suggestion for a limit of nested quotes is good.
If there's no way to implement this then don't worry about it, I'll just go nest my quotes manually.
...Even if they don't look right. Sad


Off topic, but I can't seem to get a hold of you elsewhere.

The characters in you name are causing some weird bugs.

One of which is that no one can send PM's to you. So, you might want to fix that. If you want.

Well, some of the stuff in this pack isn't compatible with Riivolution, so I'm not sure how that's going to work out, but I'll take the file and see what I can do here.

PM me the entire list of characters and I'll get to work. I had good practice.

Sadly no, sfx only work with Riivolution. But it would still work fine with the rest of SSBL. The directories are the same.

Hey, I have been very successful with redoing the narration in Brawl. If you are still interested, I could do all the voices in the robotic voice like I said before.

No. I have no experience with this. I though it was as simple as replacing the sound like with music.

I have been working on a robot narrator, but now that I am done, i do not know where to put the files/replace the files.

Did you figure the narrator? It would be nice if every aspect of the game was new.

Currently I am working on making a robotic male sounding GLaDOS narrator. Maybe we could merge projects.

Hey, I just looks at where you said TruePhilosopher, it is not the one I was talking about.

I meant the icons at brawl screen when you select your character. The one that shows when you pick on at the bottom portion of the screen.

For Riivo it's in your Common5.pac under sc_selcharacter.  Specifically it's MiscData(70).

Your common5.pac goes in your system file.

If you're using Gecko you'll find it still inside sc_selcharacter MiscData(70), however your sc_selcharacter file will go inside the Menu2 folder.

Okay. And can you also tell me the directory on a SD card?
