Dotz is one hundred percent right. It's not the fact that it can beat MAX Onslaught, it's the fact that if both were used in Brawl against each other, the outcome would be the same.
For example: I use MAX to kill XXX, and live with 1 life left. I use XXX to kill MAX, and live with 1 life left. Using Kira, maybe I'll be able to beat MAX, but with MAX, I would simply toy with Kira, since Kira is a stupid CPU and won't be using the right moves I used as Kira. I've also tested Scyther, and I'm prepared to add it.
Now, Kari used the broken move and it was even admitted that it took forever to beat MAX with it. It needs to be able to technically match up to MAX, not provide a boss battle. It's about the same as using Meta Knight normal to fight MAX, a fine match but ultimately not balanced with MAX.

Yeah, I second that. I did use him and he was fun, but I just couldn't justify his position as godly. MAX Onslaught pretty much took him to dinner and gave him roofies. You know what happened after that.

Sailor Moon over Peach needs to be added as well, as I created a broken form of hers that was supposed to be on here a few weeks ago but was never attended to.
So what is this? It's the list of god tier characters. They even beat out Meta Knight! If you stumble upon a character that can punish the masses with its pure ownage, please request its edition to this list. I do not accept characters with OHKO moves or insane amounts of weight. The purpose of this list is to create a PSA set for Brawl where every character is incredibly skilled, yet still balanced. It's like Brawl minus with a few more cheap tricks thrown in. (Before telling me to add it here, please make sure you've tested it. Also, make sure its power level is OVER 9000 around MAX Onslaught/Onslaught Falcon's level. Please attach a link to help find the hack. I suggest you find the Brawlvault/Original post of the hack because people need to see previews. This means no direct downloads!)
Certain characters are not balanced. This does not mean they belong on this list. This list is supposed to be balanced. Certain characters such as previously mentioned or characters like Omega Combo Ike, Soren, Alpha Toon Link, and related characters are much closer to standard Brawl than "God Brawl". If you see a character on this list that does not have an innate ability to contend with the rest of the roster, please request its removal. I don't like removing characters from the list, but I also don't want to lead people astray.
Necrobumping is perfectly acceptable. This thread should live at the top for as long as it can. The OP community desires it.

The following download is a diverse set of insane overpowered hacks. Most of them are too strong for this list. Some others will fit in perfectly to the set, but I would rather not have you link to them individually. -Ultimate Brawl Battle!
There's a good one for Meta Knight... Null Gray Fox. You have to use different models, but the models for it are really good (plus Spiderman, Power rangers, jedi, etc.) For everyone else=YES
Though the enhanced versions by KingJiggly are really sufficient until stronger ones are made.
