if u manage to figure kirby out, would it be possible to make kirby transform at will, instead of having him suck people?
Depends if the specific KirbyHat can be loaded without that certain character is in the match...

There's 15 lists of action offsets here. Im srs here
15 divided by 3 equals 5.
Articles only have Main, GFX and SFX subactions.
So basically, that means Pikmin have a sort of their own miniPSA? I guess it's for the fire / etc. effects that each Pikmin makes.
Also, does blue pikmin have swimming animation?

Nope, that would be gimbal lock and the only way to fix that is to use quaternions.
But sometime in the future I will try to fix that.

I don't think it will include the dragging thing yet either, jsyk.

Also, I looked in the Fighter.pac, and there's a file in the common PSA named patternPowerMul, is that somehow related to how damaging someone with the same attack reduces?

His moveset is a nightmare. He has 68 extra offsets to deal with Im srs here
Are those offsets related to the KirbyHats? There're about 66 KirbyHats skins, hmm...

Seems like something went wrong with the animations. A typical problem when using 0.66.

Yeah, still in my plans. I guess only boomerang and bombs were left, it would only be a little of work. About the bombs, unless something weird and unexpected happens, I already know how I want to make them. They will be 2D but won't look like 2D... I mean, just like in OoT.
You mean facing the screen, just like the trees from SM64? Also, will you use CLR0 or PAT0 for the bombs' animation? (Just curious Tongue )

wait, rebuild as i it jsut remakes the psa? what is good about that (as you can tell, i barly knwo stuff about psa)
Old actions get properly removed, new actions get saved to the proper place of the file. It takes up less space than it would when using the old PSA.
Also, he added support for editing more stuff in the moveset.

No; the PAL CSS is located in: \menu2\sc_selcharacter_en.pac
