There's 15 lists of action offsets here. 15 divided by 3 equals 5. Articles only have Main, GFX and SFX subactions.
So basically, that means Pikmin have a sort of their own miniPSA? I guess it's for the fire / etc. effects that each Pikmin makes. Also, does blue pikmin have swimming animation?
Also, I looked in the Fighter.pac, and there's a file in the common PSA named patternPowerMul, is that somehow related to how damaging someone with the same attack reduces?

Yeah, still in my plans. I guess only boomerang and bombs were left, it would only be a little of work. About the bombs, unless something weird and unexpected happens, I already know how I want to make them. They will be 2D but won't look like 2D... I mean, just like in OoT.
You mean facing the screen, just like the trees from SM64? Also, will you use CLR0 or PAT0 for the bombs' animation? (Just curious )

Old actions get properly removed, new actions get saved to the proper place of the file. It takes up less space than it would when using the old PSA. Also, he added support for editing more stuff in the moveset.
