Is this still being worked on?

I'm busy with college and Project M stuff. I'll get it done eventually, though.

It'll work, but it will desynch wifi and be "banned" in custom competitive builds.

Hair still looks globby... It has no highlights or low lights.

Add some more detail, highlights/low-lights, and soft transparency. After that, you're golden.
