have u checked the file size? If its bigger than the original file size then it will freeze the game. It could also be possible by pressing the start button too fast after u choose the texture. If it said it had no palletes then that means u have to index it and that requires photoshop to do that. Refer to the guide in the this forum. Also r u sure that u r using the most up to date sd loader code? That could also be a problem though I doubt it

that rayquaza is epic, remove the lightning in the mouth though it looks wierd

I'm working on something kind of like that but its based on nothing, just animations I though up but I just started a few days ago but most plp around these forums probably wont do a full animation character set but stop midway through and get bored or sidetracked. it will be most likly the pink mask is somehow coded into the model itself. If it was coded into the stage then it would affect all the chracters

well i think every stage has a mask and sonic has a body mask. We can make the body not have pink glow but the head we cant so it would be possible it is in the stage but if it is why rnt others affacted by the pink glow as well?
