Ok, then use the file in my mediafire link.
Inside the .rar there is a file named Misc80, you replace the Misc80 section of your selmap in the common5.pac
in your system folder in the sd card.

1) Be more specific with your problem
2) It problably is because the psa in question needs a code in the .gct code that came with it
3) If that is not the problem then remove certain codes from your .gct and just leave the necessary ones so you can see which one is the problem
4) Sometimes you will need a .rel file, that one goes in the Module folder in your sd card.
5) If you have tried everything above THEN come and explain in great detail the problem you may have.

First of all, check the resources section in brawl vault, use wiiscrubber and replace everything in the iso
like common5 pac. and the character files of ZSS, if it still wont load then re-rip your iso...
