i rly like the banjo one it looks great! and the mickey mouse one... T.T looks weird
I think I made a mistake on Mickey's eye. It's not noticeable in game, but I'll fix it later anyway. I guess I could try making the line where the cap is less noticeable, too.
mario... he looks kinda weird, his expression doesnt look natural, maybe it are those eyes, or the mouth... probably its the way he just stares to nothing... i think he should be looking at "camera", if u know what i mean...
Yeah, I know what you mean. It doesn't bother me too much because it reminds me of his melee CSP, where he's looking in the direction that he's jumping. But...
How does this look? I personally feel like something about his left eye (behind the nose) that makes it look strange, but I cant figure out what.
I didn't the Sonic3 one because I didn't even know where to start on making that...
I'M BACK!!!!!!!!! I've updated the OP and now it's a lot more organized. There's also a new set of rules to check out for requesting, most importantly only 3 requests per person at a time. And, as the thread title says, I've got a surprise! Perfect Pose CSP preview!
I have a little work to do, but it should be done soon! If you don't know what I'm trying to make it look like....
Also, requests open again!
-------------------------------------------------------------------- 8/4/11 EDIT: Pefect Pose Mario CSP's out and I'm taking requests for them!!!
Now you can request Mario in this pose! You can request add ons to this, too (Mario with F.L.U.D.D, Mario with shell, with cape, with wing cap, etc.)! Also, I've been planning poses for other characters. I want them to be based off of recent and/or successful games of that characters franchise. For example, Mario's pose was based off of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. I also need to get BP's for Mario. Suggestions for poses, feedback on Mario, or requests would be nice!
Recently, I worked with this code so I think I can help. Let's see.... First of all, do you realize that the top line of you victory themes code is missing? At the top of the code should be this line:
* 064088C0 000000B8
Secondly, I think you're missing something in your XML. For a while I couldn't get the sound engine to work because I didn't have the right line in my XML. This what I added:
I don't know what your XML looks like, but I put this line next to all the other "<folder external>"s. Another thing to note is that the sound engine doesn't work with the Alternate Stage Loader, maybe. I hope I helped, good luck with this.
guamboy thank you you are now officially my hero also wow u did junglehijinx? thats on my sd card right now one of me and my friends often played levels.
Yeah, I actually know what BrawlWall can do from experience. One of my stages I edited with BrawlWall and now it constantly changes its color scheme when I play it (although it looks pretty cool so I kept it that way). Hopefully, my advice will help fix your problem. Also, it's good to know people are enjoying my stage!
Brawlwall is a helpful program, but if you save the stage in it, it can have unusual effects like the ones you named. I have a stage tutorial that has advice for using Brawlwall.
Part 1: Boundaries: The boundaries of a stage involve two parts: the Camera and the Death Boundaries. Select the CamLimit0N, CamLimit1N, Dead0N, and Dead1N in the bottom left corner. Play around with the X and Y coordinates of the CamLimit0N, CamLimit1N, Dead0N, and Dead1N. Try to keep the death boundaries out side of the camera. When you finish and have boundaries that match your stage, don't save!!! Open Notepad and record the coordinates of each point. Then, without saving in Brawlwall, open the stage Brawlbox. Go to MiscData[100] and view the model. You'll see a bunch of green lines, bones. If you look at the bone names you'll find the boundary points! Here you can edit each point in Brawlbox. When you finish, you can finally save.
The first paragraph is talking about what you do in BrawlWall. If you already know how to use it, you can just skip to the second paragraph.
Sorry I didn't say this sooner, but I just got back from vacation so I only did one request.
I'll get to the rest later because right now I feel lazy. The next time I post on this thread the OP will be updated, and the other requests will be done. If you request while the title says *Requests Closed* it will be ignored (I'll still do your requests, Colter).
I got a few requests, and I already did half the work! All I need the shine effect on these Stage Series Icons!
Okay, I'll try my best. It might take a bit of extra time because the SM64 one was the only one I've ever done. Luckily you made it easier for me, thanks for that. I'll try to have these done soon.
I downloaded the link, and renamed the Pirate Ship one to "st_pirates.rel" so that it would work I could replace Pirate Ship with the Blue Moon Battle Ship V2 stage.
I'm pretty sure this is your problem. Here's what's wrong.
1.) I think Blue Moon Battle Ship is actually supposed to go over Final Destination.
2.) It doesn't sound like you edited the: 38 A5 00 00 38 80 00 XX in the .rel to: 38 A5 00 00 38 80 00 00 so that it goes over custom stages. You have to do this in a hex program. (the XX depends on the stage the .rel is over).
