How do you post stuff about in the Brawl Vault I have alot of BRSTMs, but don't know how to post them in the Brawl Vault How?

I love the Mega Man sound tracks from almost all the classic games and the X series, but can't find enough on the download page so I decided to post some my self so here ya go! All credit goes to Capcom and the people who were kind enough to post them on youtube...
