ehh...i was bored and thought that vertex hacking looked fun. So I will probably dl the stuff for it tomorrow. If anyone has any tips(not guides, I'll look at the already posted ones) that they would like to share, thanks.

Because 3ds max 8 is old... I have to use 2010 hence why I have to deal with the mesh mess.

ugh... Maybe m64 has the dl...even though it's old...
-does that one work just as good for vertexing and/or using m64's guide?

There should be a DL for the trial in mariokart64n tutorial thread. Also the newer versions of 3DS Max aren't compatible with his new vertex editing method. |

i clicked on all 6? of them... there just stuff that you use with 3ds i think.. ill check again... which script do i dl? : tim scripts/hyper/onion....0.o probably does matter....
edit: i dl everything besides the script... he doesn't give a dl for 3ds max....

I would recommend watching mariokarts tutorials and his original tutorial found on the bottom of his thread, I believe. It'd familiarize yourself with 3DS Max and tools that you could apply to the old method.
I would also recommend using his script as it removes having to use DDV Box or Anim8or. Basically read everything in his thread. <_< |

omg... I just wasted my time dl some random junk that I don't even think includes 3ds max....goodbye 3 hrs of my life...cry..sob....trip......o look a dl by m64!
