What do you use for replacing files? Riivolution or Gecko?

Unless you use Riivolution then you definitely use ocarina for loading your hacks.
Man... People know the app name itself more than the actual program name.

To get back on-topic, try getting the latest version of Gecko with the new Ocarina that can handle 8000+ lines of code, and it has bug fixes. Also make sure you have the latest stable release of the file patch code, v3.5.1.

Yes I have the 3.5.1. I'm pretty sure the lines aren't the problem, since I haven't much codes on. Every other file patched works just alright, except this one.

Hmm, I don't use Ocarina to load the file replacement, thats Riivolution's job, I use ocarina to load other cheats.
BTW: My Riivolution has Ocarina in it :3.
