This is the first public release of information pertaining to the CEL project.
Operation CEL, or Character Engineering League, is my greatest act now.
First off, I'd like to request the assistance of any Brawl hackers around.
We've all been brought into the world of Smash Bros. and the world of hacks.
Since the production of textures and other incredible things, it's different.
It's time we do something really amazing and really awesome with this.
So, let's create our own things in Brawl now, with better products and such.
This is our game now, and we're free to do whatever we want with it!
We have the resources and we have the knowledge at this time!
Okay, so now that you're all amazed and likely confused, allow me to explain.
Textures are nice and all, and so is music, custom moves, and abilities.
However, we're lacking creativity and mixture of ideas and new things.
Instead of simply recreating characters with textures, let's do something new.
My plan is we create our own unique character line-up, not just with textures.
Let's start creating character with unique moves, and new abilities as well.
Characters like Roy, with his fiery fury, and Genesis, with his lust for vengeance.
I know we can do this- but we'll have to work together to make this for real.
We should have our own character line-up, made up of what we want with who we want.
This, my friends, is Operation CEL, and I'm asking you to help me with this dream.

Yes I am, and that project failed, and I failed. I couldn't do it.
However, I can't change that, and I can't change my failure.
I do not wish to dwell upon that, because it doesn't matter.
I would like a chance at redemption however- I want honour.
I do not know how to do this yet, but it should be possible.
I've heard a lot of things and devices that didn't exist earlier.

I applaud you optimism.
But this would take some skilled hackers/model makers/ move set creators/ artists to do this.
and if you really look at it, a complete original move set hasn't really been made.

I also left for 2 months, lol. But I came back about 5 days ago. Music can be loaded by SD card, you should look into PSA that sort of makes new attacks for characters but it really only seems to take different motions the character already has. ex: using a victory pose as a taunt. Nothing is actually original. |

By new attacks, do you mean we can add affects to attacks as well?
Or do you just mean we can alter, say, Ike's Explosion to view as Aether or something?

Someone model hack in Maka from Soul Eater (with Soul as the scythe) into Brawl when model hacks come out and you will become king of the world.

Well, ultimate is a based on opinion, is it not?
Though I've never heard of that, here's my belief.
Just because it's being done doesn't mean it cannot be done in other places.

I made Mewtwo animations and and Models(Partial size and such). And I made Roy effects. With the common fire placed in his Up B. And thanks to Shadow for inspiring me to look deep in the extra character slots.

I can make models/textures and i will start looking into PSA later on when i have time. I wont be very active for a week - 3 weeks.
