These projects are very interesting. I how you've done them. They are very strong, pretty much unbeatably strong (mainly due to their weight as well as their super powerful moves) but you've done them in such a great way. Although this one for example has a few glitches it still looks pretty polished and it's clear that quite a bit of work has gone into them.
Have you ever thought though of NOT making an uber powerful PSA? I kinda guessed from the name "DivineOverlord" that it ain't really your thing but I'm merely saying as a sort of suggestion. Although they take WAY longer to do, I think it's pretty fun making the character as well rounded as possible.
Anyways, keep up the great work nonetheless!

I love how many effects your psa's have xD keeps me entertained while battling  also i hope you release your Overlord Marth psa along with others because i still need to complete my own Ultimate Brawl. EDIT: woot 100th post :3 ~Trace |

 This sure to be awesome psa won't work for me. I use riivolution (with an xml that emulates the file patch code, not the normal replacement xml) and when i click the charizard portrait, it freezes. |

I have replaced the main file again with a smaller file in my brawl vault. try it, it should work for you now. =]
oh yeah, I tested out the pokemon trainer with my PSA and switching pokemon doesn't freeze the game for me lol

I don't know what the exact differances are, but riivolution won't work with your charizard, any psa that i tried in the ultimate brawl pack on brawlvault, and it won't work with custom css or custom sss (when you try to load the file, the game freezes) I would use gecko, but i only have an sdhc card.And, back to the topic of differances, riivolution uses xmls, so some files get replaced differently. However, I have one that emulates the file patch code, so i know the problem isn't with which file riivolution is trying to replace (plus, other charizard psa's work).
P.S. typed this all on my dsi, so please excuse any mistakes.
Edit: Oh, and, i haven't tried the smaller version yet. let me give it a try tommorow

I tried all versions and none work, and this, along with dark samus, doesnt work for me( though dark samus has no freezing) other then the enhanced psa's any changing characters freeze when edited for me(psa-wise)
