Okay, some people may or may not know, but a while ago, my Brawl disc wouldn't read. I thought it was a dirty disc or something until I got Other M. I put the game in and it didn't read either
Apparently, my Wii doesn't like dual-layered games. Is there a way to fix it so that I can play dual-layered games again?

Try one of those cleaning disc, it most likely you'r laser is a bit dirty

Either that or the disc reading lens is nearly dead.  You did back up your game data onto an SD card, right?  If not, than you're in trouble, in terms of the copy-protected game data; the Save Extractor requires game discs in order to extract saved game data from the Wii System Memory.

It reads single-layered discs just fine. I heard that those disc cleaners may be the way to go.

I'm pretty sure it will be fixed with cleaning disc. I can happen at any time, so it must've been coincidence with Metroid. It happened to me before and it helped.

Yea, like I said, Brawl started to stop working a while ago. Maybe if I get some money, I could buy one...
