This is my first hack. I thought I'm take pikachu and make him look kinda evil. I hope to later change the color of his thunder to match him. I also want to make him into a psa when I learn how to do that. Feel free to use him as a base for your own hacks. If you wish to do so, plz pm me. Enjoy

one question, why you don't take the photo in brawl, and convert it to jpg, to show the pictures? and you can show directly in the post, people usually don'y like the links XD
