In 1CF, get rid of the else statement, and just check "animation loops" in the animation flags box.
And get rid of the LA-Bit[65] declarations in 1CF and 1D0. LA type variables persist throughout the entire PSA, not just in one subaction, so you can set it once and it won't change to false unless you do at some point.
Also in Action 112, set the Set Aerial/Onstage State to 0-5 for both. It's better. And change the Set Air/Ground to "11". (Not B, 11)
Also, add
Change Action: action=(E or F), requirement=Animation End
Additional Change Action Requirement: In Air
after the first 2 lines
In 1D0, you don't need the A timer in the beginning.
That should work. If I'm wrong, I haven't done this in some odd months, so I have an excuse.
