Need some PSA guidence

I've been using PSA and BB for about 3-4 months. I still need a few things cleared up.

What does each parameter do? I know 2,3 and 7. Which ones are for KBG and BKB?

Where can I locate the damage, trajectory, KBG, BKB etc, for attacks that have neither offensive collisions, nor parameters? Example: Many specials don't have this (that I can find) and attacks suck as ZSS's whip.

How do I increase the speed of an attack? Also, will the collisions of the increased speed of the attack sync with the actual animation?

How do I reduce aerial lag after landing?

Well a guy made Turbo Fox who has sped up attacks on youtube. It's either Bleamix or MysticKenji. Lokk up Captain Interrupt. I had to find him that way as well.

Ok I've been working on a project to give mario a tornado move which is for his down b, I had done successfully but the what I noticed from the mario cpu while i was playing was that The cpu thinks it is still the fludd move. The cpu will repeatedly do the tornado move over and over again and it is annoying. So that is a problem, but there is an otther option, I would just rather edit mario's fludd move by editing the damage but when i go ino psa there is nothing in main. Do you see my problem now. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this asap. I am new here and I join so I could talk and ask questions.

Well if you're successful why don't you just assign it to a button combo, like down b + a? It'll solve the cpu spam and only you can do it of course. Well, at least only those who know about the button press at least

What do you mean by button combo, I just don't want he cpu to act stupid when doing the tornado move, otherwise I will just forget about the tornado move and focus on fludd. So I would like to know what is  the article location for mario's fludd so i can edit the damage in psa. What I'm saying is there is nothing in main.
