Well, I'm starting to use sound packs.

    I've learned some of it.

    Go to Hex Editor (HxD)

    Get the Sound Pack.

    Go to the specific offset.

    Paste the Custom Sound Pack.

But I have a few questions.

How can I go to a Specific Offset without having to scroll to it.

I copied the Gray Fox Sound pack, and pasted it on Offset 528CE0, just like it said, but I see a bunch of Red Letters, so I'm confused.

    Have you used HxD before?
because normally the red letters/digits just show up for the sections you have altered.
If you save it, they go away.

(Sorry if you have used it before... I don't mean to insult)

you have been through a lot of hassle. I've watched every topic you posted on this, and most of them seemed to disintegrate gradually.
But the coolest part was that you didn't stop working on it despite that.

I think sound packs can only be used with riivolution so it would be Root/ssbb/Sound

Ah Ok, I don't actually use Riivolution so I'm not too knowledgeable on it Laugh

Well then, it is just Root/private/wii/APP/RSBE/pf/sound Like you said Grin
