Rosalina goes here:
SD\Private\Wii\APP\RSBE\Pf\Fighter\Peach
When SD is being the ROOT of the SD Card.

The Starbits, they came with instructions:

1>Go in your common3.pac and find ItmCommonBrres.
2>After that find ItmTabemonoBrres.
3>Click it and then click textures and find ItmTabemono.28. (It should be a peach unless you changed it.)
4>Save your common3.pac. You are done. Have fun!

You can find the common3.pac (Which goes SD\Private\Wii\APP\RSBE\Pf\System) here

i still dont get the rosalina one it dosnt say anything like like 01.pac at the end it just says Complete rosalina and thats it and the Commmon3 folder id ont know how to get into it because its a white page not a folder and can you help me on somethinf else I can only have one texture hack for each person it dosent let me get anymore

It's in a .rar, a compressed folder, you need to extract the files out, try right clicking on it and find an Extract option.

Here it is, to open it, you'll need the program called Brawl Box (Look it up on the Resources Tab on Brawl Vault)

Xion, it seems you aren't very skilled with a computer proven the fact you don't know how to extract fales from a .rar/.zip/z7 archive, but I will help you.

1>Download and install a program called WinRar, look it up on Google

2> What Service Pack is your Computer? (To check this, right click "My Computer" and go to "Properties", there it should display the "General" tab, which displays your computer's basic info, and should say which Service Pack you have).
