Awesome. So, what happened, does it get rid of major viruses or something?
The programs my uncle used got rid of minor and major viruses, essentially freeing up my laptop's room and making it run much more efficiently. However, the program deteced a major bug in a main file that is key for generating Windows Explorer. Once the scans found these errors, they attempted to extract the bug from the files, but the bugs were in so deep the ended up erasing the whole file. So when I ran my laptop, nothing showed up but a black screen. No icons, no start menu, not even my background.
So I restored my computer to the settings it was at on 11/24, and it restored everything, sadly including the viruses.
It's a shame though, it spent 3 hours finding 1,358 bugs and deleting them.
But I'm happy, though, because when it cleaned everything, it wiped out important files for all of my programs, I couldn't open Vegas Pro, I couldn't open the internet, my laptop couldn't even have sound.
I just need to get a professional to clean this thing out.
