Samus=Dark Onslaught Samus (when Nuke uploads the next version)
Toon Link=Alpha Toon Link(Final Version) with 3 FS in BV.
ADD (not replace) KingJigglypuff's new Elemental Master Alixzander to Pit.
Avatar Ness isn't even close to being a god PSA. For the exception of his insta-kill FS (which, let's be honest, most hacked characters have one even if they're balanced) it's rather balanced.
The tilts are strong but slow
The smashes aren't too powerful (they are good at racking up damage though)
His range is good though, but not over-powered (some of his moves lack range due to his small size)
And his recovery is PITIFUL (without the zap jump on his Side B, he can barely get any vertical recovery, and no horizontal recovery with his Up B. Not to mention the actual use of the Side B zap jump is highly situational).
Honestly my Drako Yoshi is probably closer to a god PSA than Avatar Ness @.@
Which reminds me....I still need to finish my SAVAGE Wolf revamp....(it won't take too long I promise) |

Now, Kari used the broken move and it was even admitted that it took forever to beat MAX with it. It needs to be able to technically match up to MAX, not provide a boss battle. It's about the same as using Meta Knight normal to fight MAX, a fine match but ultimately not balanced with MAX.
Changed to Shadowmarth v3
And I will not add any more of the suggestions until I finish up my college work. I've got SO much and the semester is ending in two weeks. Powerdrive!

But you can defeat them without a slightly broken PSA that has a spammable move. Its like you people think Wave made those PSA's for us to use. He said they were BOSSES. Not trying to be a douch though.  |
