Custom Stage Help

How do you use them? Like the Konoha one under Rumble Falls. When I press it, it doesnt do anything. It'll just stay there. Or does a take a while to load. Can someone help

There are some stages that use .rel files !(The uploders always put them with the stages in the DL !) You put the .rel file with the correct name in pf\module and then the stages should work !^^

Since i dont see anywere a stage help topic, i am going to ask here
How can i remplace Rainbow cruise, when i replace this stage with ANY stage with ANY rel file, the only thing i see in the stage is a black screen and a fliying carpet that cant be touched.
I cant remplace this, by any means, so i need help!
