to avoid drama, make the rules 100% acurate, with no posibility for softness or roughness, include the exact sanction every infraction involves, and always act the same, like for example, if a hack is reported X times without any results, the hack gets deleted. after X amount of deleted hacks because of bypassing reports, the user gets his submitting privileges removed for X time.

I don't think the problem's with the rules... it's with people not reading the rules, or thinking that they are above the rules.

im not talking about users, but about admins/mods/whoever make people obey the rules, if they have freedom in judging, and dont take me wrong here, they may end up being harsher with one than with another, instead of staying impartial and objective.

Jokekid, you're right, but you're only seeing part of their point... The other part isn't just that they may be harsher with certain people than others... The problem is also that one moderator may be more harsh than another...
Seen that create civil wars several times... Either way, the single judgement rule you mentioned would help...

I really don't see what's the big issue:
This is like with handling moderation sanctions. To post an example, when a newcomer necroposts, some of us tend to just remove the post and PM him telling him to not to do it again, without a Warn, while others just Warn and ask him to read the rules. It's up to the Moderator's discretion whether he would be strict as the rules say or lighten up a bit and let it slide.
Don't see what's the issue here, unlike Victory, I just decided to PM the user suggesting him to make a thread asking for someone to take pictures of it, whilst Victory decided to give him time and see if he actually fixes the report.

Smart stuff
I fully agree. In regards to the hack that got everyone here riled up, I'm just not comfortable with deleting a hack when it's (presumably) functioning and the guy didn't steal it, plus I honestly couldn't think of any other sort of punishment/action/whatever at the time. I'm sorry if my choice caused any distress amongst you guys, but I'm sticking with it. Now, perhaps it would be in everyone's best interests if we dropped this and got back to other matters.

Which topic? lol... And sure, no hard feelings, I just don't want to see this become common, where we're overrun with noobs not taking reports seriously...
There's a Megaman over Peach hack I keep reporting, but he said it gives him no problems, so keeps removing the report, without fixing it.
Don't have the URL because my internet is shaky due to bad weather... Take a look at the second page though, it lags the game if you're playing with items/smash ball.
Like I said, I reported him 2-3x, and he's just removing it, not doing jack.

And when that happens, you have to bring it in here for us to notice and keep an eye on it.

Just because others do it and go off topic means you it's alright if you do.
Warning status is there to notify you could be Moderated if you break another rule. Warning status is technically nothing, as you lose no privileges, the real punishment is when you reach Moderated. See if you can answer the question yourself, knowing this bit? I think it's obvious now why Moderated status only lasts 1 week, and Warning status lasts 2.

Ive been seeing my preview vids for my music hacks acting weird with the message "player is too small" or something like that. Is that an issue other people have or is it just me?
Do you guys know whats causing this, or is it just me?
