Strange glitch with info.pac

I have a strange problem with info.pac, if i don't create him (example, i download the pack extansion by lyberyernie), the game don't start. It's a black screen.

I use SSBB NTSC but my Wii are french, i use USB Loader GX.

Can you help me please?

Well then maybe his info.pac is smaller in size than yours. I think the size limit is 390KB. That's what I heard. Could be wrong, though. I just know it's an issue with your info.pac if the game doesn't start.
