    Bowser:
    Story: After numerous failed schemes, botched plans, and unsuccessful kidnappings, Bowser decided to take a new approach to conquering the Mushroom Kingdom...With himself at the forefront!

    Watch out Mushroom Kingdom. A New King has been born!

    Explanation: Bowser's moveset has been almost completely refitted with new attacks that show off his savagery, and latent magical power. If you thought Bowser was going to be permanent bottom tier, you better start saying your prayers!

    Speed:5/10
    Power: 9/10 - The most powerful of the Legendary PSA's!
    Air Time: 4/10 - His Air-Time is merely the same though.

    These are the Normal Attacks!

    Jab: King Tenderizer!: Bowser's two slashes have become a three hit combo where he slashes right, then left, before he throws a hard punch!

    F-Tilt: King's Sledge!: Bowser twists his body back before swinging a closed fist around in front of him. Has a lot of power, but some endlag.

    D-Tilt: Bowser Whirly-Gig: Bowser will spin around with his claws, swiping low for multiple hits.

    U-Tilt: Koopa Magic: Bowser will unleash a swirling tempest of Ice, Fire and Electricity at once above him briefly.

    Dash: Bowser Launch!: Bowser will rocket forward with a shoulder barge similar to Ganondorf's, but with more distance and speed, has a little endlag due to the velocity his weight moves at.

    Nair: Iron Koopa: Bowser spins vertically with his spikes slightly extended for multiple hits!

    F-Air: King's Magic: Bowser swipe his hand, sending a slashing wave of fire out a small distance in front of him!

    B-Air: Koopa Acrobat: Bowser do forward flip, trying to his anyone behind him with his tail!

    U-Air: Over-Slash: While similar to his original U-Air, Bowser will do a much more savage looking slash above him.

    D-Air: Bowser Meteor Bomb: Bowser will perform a Bowser Bomb attack with Super Armor frames in the beginning. It causes a small explosion on impact.

    These are the Grab and Throw Attacks!

    Grab: Bowser will extend his arm far out ahead to grab a victim!

    Jab: Savage King: Bowser will backhand his victim with claws extended!

    F-Throw: Deadly King: Bowser will stab the victim with his claws before bringing his arm back the throwing them underhand.

    B-Throw: Hungering King: Bowser will bite down on his victims head before proceeding to flail them about before throwing them behind him and releasing them from his mouth.

    U-Throw: Ghastly King: Bowser will lift the victim up before blasting them off his palm with a bolt of fire.

    D-Throw: Tyrannical King: Bowser will pin the victim under his shell before goring them by spinning around, then quickly hopping up and kicking them!

    These are the Smash Attacks!

    F-Smash: Royal Crusher: Bowser will bring both arms back (for the Charge animation), then lunge forward, slamming his fists together in front of him!

    D-Smash: King's Rage: Bowser will stomp the ground while roaring violently, causing a powerful shock wave to be made upon his foot making contact.

    U-Smash: King's Eruption: Bowser will breath in before unleashing his firey breath overhead, swaying his head back and forth once before ending the attack!.

    These are the Specials!

    B: Wrath of Koopa!: Bowser shortly breath in before unleashing a large, long stream of blue fire that can be angled as he exhales. This attack has more range than his original fire breath, but loses the ability to prolong the attack. However, Bowser can angle this attack higher than the Fire Breath. The charge time is about the same as a Falcon Punch.

    In the air, Bowser will continue to fall as he breathes in, but as soon as he exhales, the force of the flames he is exhaling will propel him enough to slow his fall to a negligible crawl before it ends!

    Side B: Savage Koopa Claw: Bowser regains the glorious Koopa Claw attack from Melee, with better ranges, and almost as much power. Bowser will bring his arm back before quickly swiping forward. (I want more ideas if anyone can provide them for this!)

    Down B: King Koopa's Magic: Bowser produce a wand and will perform one of four Magic Spells based on what taunt the player has recently used.

    Up: Fire Spell

    Right: Ice Spell

    Left: Thunder Spell

    Down: Dark Spell

    Fire Spell: Flames of Koopenkahmen!: Bowser slowly raises the wand above his head, causing ghostly flames to appear and swirl around slowly around him. This attack will block energy projectiles and other fire-based attacks, and damage anyone who touches the flames.

    Ice Spell: Jack's Cataclysm: Bowser swings the wand down, generating multiple chunks of ice that fall around him. This will block ice based moves and physical projectiles, but not energy projectiles, like Falco and Wolf's Lasers for example.

    Thunder Spell: Keus' Storm: Bowser will laugh with the wand in his hand as sparks erupt all around him, making a whirring noise for a short time before two giant bolts of lightning crash down on either side of him.

    Dark Spell: Koopa Omega: Bowser will raise his hand, generating a large, swirling orb that will glow, sucking opponent's in, before emitting a series of damaging pulses. The vacuum has limited range, but it's range is very wide.

    If used in the air, Bowser will instead swing his wand like a bat, doing poisoning them for a short time.

    Up-B: Thundering Fortress: The Whirling Fortress gets an upgrade. When used on the ground, Bowser will spin so fast that it generates a tornado around him, and causes quakes that shake the screen. The tornado causes damage, but the pinnacle of the damage is caused by Bowser himself, and if he hits them on the last hit, they will receive huge KB.

    In the air, Bowser will propel himself enough to stop his fall, and will stop and fall after a few seconds of constant spinning. However, if a direction is pressed during this time. Bowser will use his magic to make him rocket a fair-distances in any of the eight directions. Anyone who crosses his path will receive damage.

    FINAL SMASH: Grand Giga Koopa!

    FS: Bowser will, as always, become Giga Bowser...However. Giga Bowser has an entirely different moveset than Bowser's, and his transformation lasts longer. However, he is slightly smaller than the original Giga Bowser.

    Giga Bowser (Goes with Bowser):
    Story: Having been defeated by Mario once more at his best, Bowser takes his ultimate transformation at the cost of his mind!

    Note: Bowser's attacks are to be programmed so he does very minute damage to the Smash Ball. This is to make GGK harder to achieve because of how powerful he is.

    Speed: 6/10
    Power: 11/10 !!
    Air-Time: 3/10?!?

    Explanation: This Giga Bowser carries none of Bowser's mind, and as such attacks like a beast. However, this transformation is powerful. More powerful then can be imagined, and since he is no longer in control of his mind, his magic is becoming erratic, covering him in a dark aura.

    ---------------------

    Jab: Stomp: GGK brings his foot up and slams down for massive damage.

    F-Tilt: Crush: GGK will take his hand and slam it on the ground before him to try and crush his enemies.

    D-Tilt: Bite: GGK will do a slow, but devastating bite attack!

    U-Tilt: Flail: GGK will flail his arms above him in an attempt to gore his enemies.

    Dash Attack: Smash: GGK will take his arms and clap them together ala DK. The attack will leave the victim in a broken shield state.

    Nair: Koopassault: GGK will do a series of reverse somersault in mid air.

    F-Air: Grand Claw: GGK will perform a cross slash that has a lot of force behind it.

    U-Air: Air Gnash: GGK will violently gnash at the air above him. This has massive verticle KB if it manages to connect with it's small hitbox!

    B-Air: Koopacopter: GGK will spin around like a tornado, with closed fists.

    D-Air: Atomic Bowser Bomb: GGK's most power aerial. He will perform a Bowser Bomb, and cause and explosion like before. However, the explosion is much bigger, and causes massive damage.

    Grab: GGK will grasp the air ahead of him.

    Throw-J: GGK will constantly burn the victim with a stream of blue fire. The damage is small, bur racks up quickly.

    F-Throw: Feast: GGK will take the victim, put them in his mouth, chew, then turn about before spitting them out with much force.

    B-Throw: GGK will bind the victim with his tail before whipping it around and releasing them!

    U-Throw: Volcanic Inferno: GGK will throw the victim into the air before bathing them in an erupting stream of fire, launching them with a monstrous punch attack in the back!

    D-Throw: Slam: GGK will raise his arm holding the victim before throwing them  unceremoniously to the ground.

    Specials:

    B: Grand Wrath: GGK will breath in before exhaling a huge blast of black fire that lasts for a short time. This cannot be angled, but has great power. Cannot be used in the air

    Side B: Grand Magic: GGK will attempt to grab a victim, before electrocuting them in his grip and throwing them away.

    In the air, he will perform a powerful, burning swipe with his claws.

    Down B: Whipping Slam: GGK will swing himself around, swiping his tail with extreme force! In the air, he will perform a forward somersault while whipping with his tail!

    Up-B: Death Fortress: GGK will retreat into his shell to use Whirling Fortress. However, pressing directional buttons will not move him. Instead, he will stay in place, enveloped in darkness, sucking his enemies in with a powerful, chilling wind, and causing massive damage should they come close.

    End: When GGK ends, Bowser will return, but will be worn out for whole minute, making his offensive power be cut in half!

    Luigi:
    Story: Bowser has defeated Mario, and has nearly murdered him before Luigi's very eyes. He is so scared he can scarcely move, he is in shock, panic, and in every state of terror imaginable.

    -but suddenly...HE SNAPS!

    Luigi's True Power has surfaced! Can he defeat Bowser?!

    Stats
    Speed: 6/10: Luigi is as fast as his Legendary Bro.
    Power: 6.5/10: LSL is just slightly more powerful than his Legendary Brother.
    Air Speed: 8/10 Luigi is king of the air!
    Weight: It is the same, duh?

    Jab: Luigi performs a couple of brutal chops, followed by two powerful, angry punches.

    F-Tilt: Sonic Attack: Luigi lunges forward with a hand stab that breaks the sound barrier!

    D-Tilt: Spin Strike: Luigi spins in place twice alternately hitting high and low on each revolution.

    U-Tilt: Double Shark Fist: Luigi thrusts both fists into the air with extreme force!

    Dash Attack: Green Eagle: Luigi jumps and holds his fists out as if he is Superman, pressing A during the attack, will make Luigi bring his legs out in a dropkick for a second attack!

    Nair: Mushroom Guillotine L: Luigi performs a horizontal Mushroom Guillotine, that has strong horizontal KB.

    F-Air: Green Gyro: Luigi performs a series of forward flips with his arms outstretched, turning him into gyro. Hit' multiple times. In fast, Luigi spins so fast his feet are covered in green flames!

    B-Air: Demon Cleaver: Luigi turns around in midair does a low-to-start, but VERY powerful chop.

    D-Air: Falling Buzzsaw: Luigi spins around, doing a series of counter-clockwise roundhouse kicks, Luigi can be moved left or right as he slowly descends.

    U-Air: Rising Runner: Luigi performs an attack similar to Yoshi's second jump. Luigi stomps his feet downward so hard it actually propels him upward slightly with each kick!

    Smashes

    F-Smash: Green Dynamite: Luigi does a slightly stronger version of Mario's F-Smash.

    U-Smash: Flame Geyser: Luigi gathers fire power into his body before unleashing a rising column of green flames that carries the opponent upward as it travels (if it hits).

    D-Smash: Green Spiral: Luigi gathers power, and then raise both arms, creating a spiraling air current above around him that doesn't cause damage, but blows opponents away.


    Specials:

    B: Super Fireball / Green Flare / Green Atom: Luigi also can use the Super Fireball, however, the following charges are much different. First, the Super Fireball's initial trajectory is completely random due to Luigi not being focused enough to direct it's motion. The Green Flare is a lunging punch Luigi performs that is engulfed in a Duon Shot.

    The Green Atom however, is unique to Luigi. Luigi will take the firepower he has gathered, and rise a little bit into the air, generating eight fireballs that circle around his body in the classical atom formation at high speed.

    Side B: Green Rocket: Luigi will perform his usual Green Missile. However, while he is charging, Luigi will be covered in green fire, and when he unleashes the attack, Luigi will become huge, streaking fireball that screams across the screams (Assist Trophy sound effect) and does multiple hits as he flies. He also flies farther than the Green Missile does at full charge, so be careful about how much you charge it on smaller stages like FD. He will also always explode on impact with another Player.

    Down B: Jade Whirlwind: Luigi performs the Luigi Tornado for as long as B is held (Read: Maximum of five seconds) and can move left or right while doing so. However, the spinning does not cause damage, and instead of hitting an opponent, Luigi will go right through them if he collides with them. Luigi continues to spin faster and faster as B is held down. The attack however, happens Luigi stops spinning. When B is released, Luigi will stop and generate a Whirlwind (whose size depends on how long B was held down) that travels across the stage floor until it meets a ledge. It also carries the opponent with it.

    Up B: Ultimate Jump Punch: Luigi's UJP has a slightly longer start up and loses it's original sweet spot...However, in-exchange, the move becomes extremely potentially damaging. Luigi will rise very high into the air with his fist constantly aflame at a very steep trajectory. If the attack connects, Luigi will carry the opponent up, and on the last frame, a mediocre sweet spot will occur. This move is potentially Luigi's most powerful Special.

    FS: Super Negative Zone: Luigi angrily unleashes the Negative Zone, making it much bigger than the original one, as well as more effective. While active, the opposing players have the following Effects.

    1. Weight decreases by 2 (Max 10)
    2. Power of attacks is cut in half (rounded to the next-greatest integer so there are no errors)
    3. Speed stat is decreased by 2.
    4. Air Speed is decreased by 2
    5. Any Shielding causes an instant Shield Break after one and a half seconds.

    -and Luigi has the following effects.
    1. Power of moves is at 75% (Floors the integer) due to drain from unleashing the Negative Zone.
    3. Speed increases 1.
    4. Air Speed increases by 1.
    5. Luigi's Smashes have Super Armor frames.

    Once thirteen seconds have passed, SNZ will shrink to nothing and all effects will cease.

    Think you can handle the fury of the Green Bomb?

    But I think that editing Luigi's Negative Zone is impossible, so I think you're going to have to think of a different Final Smash Velen.

    Mario:
    There is a story for this one.

    Story: Bowser has come forth with his greatest scheme ever, he has razed the Mushroom Kingdom, killed thousands of innocents, and has raped the land of it's beauty.

    The portly plumber can stand for no more.

    IT MUST END NOW!

    Stats
    Speed: 6/10: Mario's giving it his all!
    Power: 6/10: Mario's not kidding around anymore.
    Air Speed: 5/10: Nothing can stop Mario!
    Weight: What? Nothing's changed.


    Jab: Mario throws two brutal hooks before, planting a bone-crunching double kick.

    F-Tilt: Burning Kick: Mario performs a devastating, flaming round house kick. It can be aimed high or low, or straight ahead.

    U-Tilt: Flaming Wheels: Mario jumps and backflips fiercely twice with his feet afire.

    D-tilt: Double Sweeper: Mario performs two sweeping kicks in succession.

    N-air: Mushroom Guillotine: Mario brings his leg up (Ala Volcano Kick) and after a very short pause, slams his leg down. This will spike half-way through the kick.

    F-Air: Super Mario Barrage: Mario performs six consecutive kicks one after the other, using this causes Mario to rise in the air a little bit, but not enough to stay airborne indefinitely.

    U-Air: Flare Up: Mario takes a fireball and throws it above him, making it explode immediately after launch.

    B-Air: Super Dropkick: Mario performs a devastating dropkick behind him, it propels him backwards a small ways.

    D-Air: Mega Pound: Mario performs a Super Ground Pound, and if he hits the floor without hitting anyone, dust will be kicked up  and blow anyone around him away.

    Smashes.

    F-smash: Burning Wave: Mario brings both arms above his head in a hammer fist, and slams the ground, cause a waves of fire to burst out a short distance.

    U-Smash: Super Spin: Mario spins in place, slowly raising his arm into the air engulfed in flames as he rotates around eight times in a row.

    D-Smash: Anger Flare: Mario gathers energy into himself, doing a DBZ-Style Power-up pose, then swings his arms out, making a tri-pronged explosion erupt from him.

    Grab: Mario brutally grabs his opponent.

    GrabJab: Mario brings his foot up and stomps the victim.

    F-Throw: Plumber's Rage: Mario takes his opponent and swings them around like he would his original B-throw, however, instead of throwing them away, Mario will fluidly go from spinning them around to thrown them over his shoulder, slamming and downing the victim instantly.

    B-Throw: Fire Power Attack: Mario shoves the victim before pelting them with fireballs, followed up by a rising kick that sends the opponent into the air.

    U-Throw: Grand Launcher: Mario once again spins his opponent around, but this time tosses them into the air with great force.

    D-Throw: Out of my Sight: Mario throws the opponent below him before burning them, then he kicks them away viciously.

    Specials:

    B: Super Fireball / Hell Sphere/ Mario Finale: Mario charges a fireball for this attack, the first charge will have Mario throw a fireball the size of his head straight ahead. The second charge makes Mario shoot a huge ball of fire that explodes on impact with another player. The final charges makes Mario use a miniaturized version of the Mario Finale that does not grow in size, but travels quickly across the screen with little KB.

    Up-B: Pyre Cyclone: Mario uses the Mario Tornado five times in succession while rising into the air, can be moved left or right, and creates a damaging, burning whirlwind around Mario as he moves.

    Side B: ...I dunno.

    Down B: I dunno

    FS: Mario Grand Finale: Mario jumps to the center of the stage and gathers Fire Power into his body before jumping into the air and starting a cinematic showing Mario in the sky ready to unleash the pent up power. He then shoots a giant, round fireball, flanked by two spiraling Mario Finale's that flies down at the stage while growing in size. Once it lands, a series of large explosions, like a display of fireworks, randomly erupts ten times around the stages entire area (within the blast zones). Mario will then fall back down to the stag and land on his butt, and making a motion of exasperation before getting back up on his feet.

    This is all I have for this set.

    Not sure if this Final Smash is possible, I could see if I can do it if this PSA wins.

    Peach:
    Story: Princess Peach stands where the throne room of her once-beautiful castle used to sit, now surrounded by yard after yard of grey rubble, Toad Town ablaze far in the distance.

    She weeps for what has happened to her castle, and her loyal, loving subjects that she held so dear to her heart.

    She looks up, casting a angry gaze with a vengeful intent never seen those blue eyes if hers.

    "Bowser...Shall not go unpunished for this."

    She goes to a secret basement door hidden in the ground, opening it with a press of her hand.

    She adorns armor, polished to perfection to restore it to it's former glory, and brandishes a swords, a hidden heirloom :The Sword of Von Fungina, and a book of ancient spells locked away.

    Watch out Bowser, the monarch of the Mushroom Kingdom is out for blood...

    Stats:
    Weight:5/10
    Speed: 4/10
    Air Speed: 6/10
    Power: 7/10 Peach is not playing nice anymore...

    Jab: Peach performs a left slap, brings her arm back and produces a spark, then cleaves to the right with the Sword of Von Fungina.

    F-Tilt: Dark Heart Flash: Peach puts her hand forward and produces a large, crimson-colored Heart Flash.

    D-Tilt: P-Stomp: Peach takes hit leg, gyrates it above her head, then slams it down in front of her. Has mediocre vertical-diagonal KB.

    U-Tilt: For My Kingdom!: Peach does a overhead slice with the Sword of Von Fungina, also hits behind and above her.

    Dash: Grand Raiser: Peach takes the sword and performs a lunging, uppercut slash.

    Nair: Static Spark: Peach puts her hands together and closes her eyes, making sparks erupt from her body for a short time.

    F-Air: Deadly Thrust: Peach does a strong, stomping kick forward, as Sex Kick properties and has a mediocre sweet spot.

    B-Air: Flare Wall: Peach twists around and produces a wall of fire that travels with her.

    U-Air: Air Blast: Peach makes a non-damaging blast of air above her that pushes enemies up.

    D-Air: Downward Spike: Peach takes the Sword of Fungina and thrusts it straight down, using this does not put her into Fast Fall, and he kicks her legs above her as well, making a small, weak hit box. Also has Sex Kick properties.

    Smashes

    F-Smash: Tri-Prong: Peach slashes right, then left, then performs a Ice-Magic imbued thrust. Low damage, but mediocre KB.

    D-Smash: Bloody Ballerina: Peach does multiple pirouettes kicks in quick succession many times. LPP's strongest Smash.

    U-Smash: Nega Bomb: Peach causes a black hole to appear above here,  which hits twice before exploding brilliant it (the explosion produces an Off-Wave Graphic, but does not cause an instant KO, or any damage).

    Grab: Peach mercilessly grabs a victim.

    GrabJab: Peach scratches the victim's face.

    F-Throw: Monarch's Sorrow: Peach slashes, then punches the victim before kicking them away.

    B-Throw: Monarch's Pain: Peach shoves the opponent behind her and smacks them with the flat side of her blade.

    U-Throw: Monarch's Redemption: Peach throws the victim up and impales them on the Sword of Von Fungina before throwing them against the ground, and off the blade.

    D-Throw: Monarch's Vengeance: Peach stomps down hard on the victim, downing them instantly.

    Specials:

    B: Magic Spell: Without a Toad retainer to assist her, Peach switches to offensive magic. Peach will very shortly charge up power, and then make a stage encompassing Magic Circle appear below her (centered on the stage), and after a second or two, it will simply fade away... (When used in the air, the circle will appear behind peach and in the background)

    However, if Up, Forward, Back or Down is pressed when the circle appears, Peach will perform one of four, extremely powerful spells instantly. Once one is executed, hitting Peach will not stop it.

    Up: Thunderstorm Eve: Peach makes produces a ball huge ball of electricity above her  that will sit for a second before ten lightning bolts will strike the stage at once in a fanning arc below it. It will then shrink to nothing.

    Down (Ground): Gaia Rising: Peach will make a wide beam (two hitboxes to each side of her) of light appear that stuns foes both in the air and on the ground within it. Rocks, pebbles will then rise into the air like a stream, pummeling them. Only those who are caught in the beam will be stunned, but the shockwave that occurs when the rocks begin to rise hits everyone on the ground for damage.

    Down(Air) Novae Burst: Peach causes a large ball of power (non-damaging Smart Bomb graphic) That soon quickly shrinks and causes several (bob-omb explosion graphic) explosions to appear around the point the ball of power shrank to.

    Forward: Absolute Zero: Peach creates a foggy mist that covers the floor(s) of the entire stage. Opposing players slip and slide while moving around as if on the Summit Stage during this time. After 25 seconds of this, a giant column of ice will thrust out of the center of the stage, making two waves of ice spikes begin thrusting out of the ground one after the other. The giant column that first appears does the most damage. The mist and spikes then disappear.

    Back: Light of Joy: Peach creates a barrier around her for a few seconds and heals damage.

    The damage dealt/healed depends on the level of Peach's Magic Charge, 0 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.


    Side B: Grand Counter: Unlike other Counter attacks in the game, Peach's has a unique feature. Peach will raise the Sword of Von Fungina and if she is hit during the animation, she will rush forward at high speed until she meets a wall or a ledge. If she meets an opponent, she will slice right through them and continue on, allowing for hitting multiple opponents at once. Shield against this attack will take a huge chunk out of an opponent's shield.

    Down B: Magic Charge: This has multiple charge levels with a total of five. The longer this is used, the higher the charge. The charge can be canceled and kept (like Samus' Charge Shot) Each charge level takes longer to charge than the last, Peach will glow different colors when the move is dodge canceled (or when she is a full charge).

    1st - Red
    2nd - Blue
    3rd- Green
    4th - Yellow
    5th - Rainbow

    Up B - Rising Dragoness: Peach uses air magic to rise into the air a short distance. If air is pressed during the move, Peach will perform a move similar to Fox's Dair that drags the opponent with her. If she uses the A attack though, she will go into special fall right afterward.

    FS: Grand Peach Beam: Peach flies straight into the air at center stage and conjures up two enormous Magic Circles: one on the ground and one in the air. She then, centered above the circles, puts her right hand to her chest and closes her eyes. A damaging pink beam of light envelopes her that continuously strikes the ground. (static size smart bomb explosion graphic where it hits the ground.) and rainbow-colored beams of light begin to randomly strike the stage between both circles at a high rate of speed (Total: thirty beams). After all the beams have struck, the pink beam enveloping Peach will do it's final hit (which has HUGE KB) and then narrow quickly to nothing, and Peach will begin to fall to the ground.

    Will Bowser escape Peach's wrath?

    Yoshi:
    Story: From his homeland off the shores of the mainland, he sees the Mushroom Kingdom in ruin. He is sad, angry, and hopeful for his friend's situation.

    on the horizon, black shapes appear, the Koopa Clan cometh.

    He bares his teeth, eyes furrowed, snorting in disgust at the evil soon to befall his home.

    -and he shall defend it with all his might.

    Note: For this moveset Yoshi's moves are going to be a bit more barbaric in nature.

    Jab: Yoshi Kicks: Yoshi alternately kicks with one foot then the other continuously, racking up damage.

    F-Tilt: Dino Slasher: Yoshi does three swiping claw attacks.

    U-tilt: Big Chomp: Yoshi jumps into the air and tries to bite down on his opponent. Strongest Tilt.

    D-Tilt: Double Slash: Yoshi faces the screen and throws both arms out, slashing at both sides.

    Dash: Yoshi Battering Ram/ Buzzsaw: Yoshi dives headfirst into his opponent, pressing at after the initial attack will make do a Sonic-style Spin (A throw back to the game Primal Rage).

    Nair: Yoshi Triple: Yoshi kicks with both legs viciously before whipping his tail out..

    Fair: Tongue Barrage: Yoshi uses his tongue like a mace, swiping three times in front of him at different angles.

    Bair: Donkey Kick: Yoshi kicks out behind him with both legs, has Sex Kick properties.

    Uair: Tongue Whip: Yoshi throws his tongue into the air above him with a sweetspot at the tip. If he connects with it, not only will the attack have more damage, it will also have a enormous downward spike.

    Dair: Sheer Kick: Yoshi will open both legs like a pair of scissors before slamming his feet together. Weak spike.

    Grab: Yoshi swipes his tongue out and grabs the victim from a distance.

    G-Jab: Yoshi will bite the victims face sideways. Faster than his original G-Jab.

    F-Throw: Burning Rally: Yoshi jumps on top of the opponent before burning his opponent running as fast as he can in place, he then kicks their head and punts them away.

    B-Throw: Tongue Rage: Yoshi will grab the opponent with his tongue and begin throwing the victim over his head over and over again (about three times) before letting them go on the fourth slam.

    U-Throw: Tongue Shotput: Yoshi will grab the victim by the tongue before spinning around with them and throwing them into the air.

    D-Throw: Dinosaur Stomp: Yoshi jumps up as if performing the Ground Pound, then stamps on the victim hard with his feet. Downs them instantly.

    Smashes:

    F-Smash: Dino Punch: Yoshi winds his fist before throwing a forceful punch comparable to DK's in apperance.

    U-Smash: Yoshi Side Flips: Yoshi jumps and spins vertically with his tail extended twice.

    D-Smash: Eggshell Bomb: Yoshi retracts into his Egg before exploding out of it.

    Specials:

    Note: Since Yoshi's Legendary Moveset will be somewhat more barbaric, there will be some major differences in his specials.

    B: Dino Roar / Dino Claw: Yoshi breathes in, then roar's out, sending visible soundwaves ahead of him as projectiles. This can be angled up or down, and can even be turned around. The special thing about this Special is that each time it is successfully used without interruption, it gets stronger. Getting to be 1.3 times original strength at max.

    In the air, the special changes to the Dino Claw attack: where Yoshi will do his own aerial variation of the Koopa Klaw, with unique KB

    Side B: Egg Missile: Yoshi take out an egg and hold it, the longer B is held, the faster he'll throw it, and the more damage the egg will do on contact. The eggs flies straight ahead and spin as if Yoshi threw it like a football. Overcharging it, however, will cause the Egg to moonshot, which can be a blessing for the anti-air game. It can be aimed up and down as well.

    In the air, Yoshi will stop and hang in the air, with the effects being similar, overcharging will cause the Egg to curve toward the ground after a short distance. It can, like and unlike the ground version be aimed up and down in the downward direction, or straight ahead.

    Up-B: Yoshi Wings: Yoshi will sprout small wings, and attempt to fly in any direction for three seconds. He moves a little slowly though. Pressing B again after activation will make Yoshi do a Spinning Attack in the direction pressed, at the cost of losing the power and going into special fall.

    Down B: Tongue Trap / Super Pound: On the ground, Yoshi will throw his tongue out. If he succeeds in nabbing someone, he will bring them into his mouth and make bi, gaping chomps before spitting them out. The more damage the victim has, the longer they stay in his mouth.

    In the air, Yoshi will somersault twice before falling to the ground in haste. Causing lots of debris to fly into the air on impact and a blast of wind for anyone on the ground who did not get hit by him, or the debris.

    FINAL SMASH: SHIN DRAGON YOSHI:
    Yoshi will roar angrily toward the sky and disappear...

    Before reappearing as a huge, green dragon! In this form, Yoshi is a little slower, but much more powerful (like 10/10 on the Power Rating). He also has more resistance to hitstun. His attacks have been changed, and so have his specials, with his Neutral Specal being a Giga Fire Ball attack. Using the Giga Fire Ball at full charge breaks shields instantly, but takes off his transformation time.

    Once fifteen seconds are up,  Yoshi will return to normal.

    voted on One of Velen's "Legendary" PSAs we needing a Bowser PSA Cheesy
    but Silver the Hedgehog (Sonic) can always be ported i think you should do that so ppl can get Shadow vs. Sonic vs. Silver
