I tried to write it onto the disk with wiiscrubber but it says unable to find space to add the file.
I think the audio file is too big or something?

Is there anything I can do?

What Jaklub said makes sense. When you tried the initial edited file I sent you, did you play each and every sound clip for Marth to check if they were working?

    I heard Marths sounds.

And I tried what he said (I think) and it worked. Sawndz finished it anyway. But when I tried importing the brsar with Wiiscrubber it said the file was too big.

    Edit: No fix?

Delete data partitions that contain masterpieces, then expand the partition 1. It will give you a lot of free space and it won't break the game.

Anyway, replacing smashbros_sound.brsar should not require more space, as these files always have the same size, even if hacked.

Yeah that's true... so why doesn't it work...? Hmm...

And do you know where the masterpieces are?

And how do you expand partition 1?

When you open a Brawl ISO in WiiScrubber, there are multiple partitions. Delete every single one with exception of two first ones.
Then click on the partition 1 (Data partition, partition 0 is update partition which you don't touch now) with right mouse button, click Resize Partition and copy the Maximum value to the Current field. Click OK.
