Waluigi is back!!! Waluigi was made long time ago but he was´nt finished. But now, he is fully playable in brawl!!! if eternalyosh could fix the why he can trow but he can grab be grabed and be trowed it would be nice and the problem he has about killing inself on the FS
i would also say he has some problems with attacks i was in training and he seems that the hands are inside the oponent but he doesnt doo damage only if the rists touch that he actually hits the oponent same with his kicks seems like the bone used is the wrong one i think someone with a little knowledje could fix the plale he does damage

i tough after goku you would make vegeta b attacks or gotenks so you are working on the existing waluigi hack? xD this could be fun since he is over toon link we dont have to replace a mario character xD |

needing ANimations for Goku used all i got in V0.8  and Mario is anyway soon finished just two attacks F-air and Down-smash and fix FS and Vegeta(B attacks) also needing Animations ' and fr Gotenks i still not 100% know how to vertex  and will not make moveset for him then i know he is over Lucas or ToonLink(if over ToonLink i will port this WaLuigi over Link) |

me too i need ToonLink for Geno(if not Gotenks over him but lucas) or Geno over Lucas and Gotenks over Toonlink but good idea for port him over Ike i think it is maybe possible |

Next I will make Waluigi´s voice.
My recolors, names, csp, battle portrite and the icons are done!!
Should I upload it yet or later with his sounds?
Oh I need someone who makes me a working css with waluigi icon under wario icon.
