Yes, it is an EFLS file.
EDIT: I found a method:
1. Export Pit's ef_pit file
2. Import it into FitLink.pac
3. Rename "PtcPitEntry" to "PtcLinkEntry" and delete the "PtcLinkEntry" in ef_link
Try that and see if it works

Oh. That thing is I can't edit, I only can edit model in ModelData with color data inside.
Not EFLS file.

I tried it. It works But come out wrong color. You ok with it?
That color is Black and white.
