Will the day come when we are able to modify polygons so that we can create 100% unique characters? Maybe even custom voices and sound effects. I know nothing about how one would go about doing this.
One could create a TRUE Mewtwo this way.
I once thought that one could take the model from Shadow's assist trophy and reformat it somehow so that you could replace in with Sonic's model. Doing this would switch Sonic's 3D model with Shadow's.
Is anybody working on this at all?

I know that we can change the pitch of a voice but I've not heard of any other voice modifying than that.

It hasn't. SmashBox is able to open and export files from the bsrar, though. The creator is working on getting import to work, if he succeeds or not is another question.

Yeah, but how do you make it affect only one character? (I know that you can make it character-specific, I just want to know how).

PhantomWings from the smash boards should be able to tell you that or someone else who creates cheat codes. I think it's a code at least, It may be a character mod.

there HAS to be a less tedious way to replace sound files, we can extract them, so if we can repackage them (which i think the smashbox team is working on) then it would end up much nicer than this
