How do you change main menu/character selection/stage selection?

I want to change the colors of and back grounds of what I said. I want to make it look like computer circuits. Is this possible?

that's possible, I gues, on the CSS you can go to I think misc data 30 and just search for the background pic and then replace it with your own

Okay, thats a good start. But then how do I change the color of the outlines and such? You know the redish tone for a brawl, the greenish tone for the vault and ext.
