Regular codes (almost all of them) can be applied from within the emulator itself. You're obviously inquiring about the SD card modifications... which requires the usage of Wiiscrubber 1.21, and replacing each file individually. It's pretty monotonous, but when you're done, you can even burn the game with the mods hard-coded to the disc.
The said program can be found on our popular "
Resources" page.
also, you can build your ownpartions
just get I think wiiscrubber 1.11 extract the partition you want, replace the files with the ones you want by renaming your files exactly how they are on the Iso and then replace the original files, if your done, use partition builder to get the partition together and insert it in the Iso
it works, tried it my self ^^
ofcourse, it takes a while to extract/save all of those files, but its always faster then replacing them, or as mnsg said, use the SDraw file, I never tried the raw thing, but partition builder worked fine for me
to build a partition you have to extract the partition with files you want to replace and you have to extract some files the partition builder uses to make a partition
