    thanx for moving this for me to realize I'm such a derp DX

    for the melee format specs,
    you can use Revel8n's current documentation

    I'm on a PS3, which is more of a pain to use than the wii DX,
    else I'd give you a link...

    search google for 'Melee DAT format  specs' and look for the smashboards link to revel8n's thread.

    he has the format pretty well covered...

    I'll make a DAT resource thread later on,
    since revel doesn't appear to be UD-ing his notes >_>
