When I did a similar attack I used a special offensive collision, they have a special flag that makes them" stretch" so they can work a large area, like the beam you are trying to do, there was a topic called "salute the flags"(don´t remember where) or something, it can help you define your collision the way you want

I made a quick demonstration for what I mean for the cero, and for the speciallw, you can check how ike's atack works and try to imitate it

    you can see it

I replaced the model efffalcoreflctrstart (or something like that) in FitFalco with samus final smash (effsamusmain or something) then i replaced the animation from falcos effect with the one from samus and modyfied it a bit. Then in PSA I removed the effect for the reflector start in falco's special low( so it would not appear when i do it, it still looks the same since the only effect changed was the start). In falcos Attack S4S I put the special effect and a special offensive collison(the hitbox) I used a "special" hitbox, because they can be turned into a long one, instead of a spherical one. And just for it to look better adedd the green sphere thingy in the charging animation.
Extra info: Falcos reflector start effect is the external graphic effect file#14 graphic=6

Well all I need for the cero is the green and/orblack color and when samus graphic hit the enemy it actually attacks

Four the color you'll have to hex edit the effect, for it to hit you will need to use PSA

with PSA (project smash attacks, i think...) it lets you edit the fitfalco to alter effects and hitboxes, if you already know how to use it  just add (or modify an offensive collision into) a special offensive collision, in its parameters at the end there is one that says undefined(or maybe another thing, depending wich one you use, but it is the last one), there you write this "000FFFD0" this will make the hitbox able to stretch and "hit" over a longer area, it will stretch from the bone it starts to the offset you specify, so you most probably have to give it a big (around 300) x offset

For the color I found the main thing in brawl box and in hex I don't get what's next.
