I got the Viewtiful Joe FINAL Pack (the one with everything in it), and as I was reading instructions, I could find the 0BD0320.hex file. All I saw was the 0BD0320 "File". I do not know what to do. Help pls?

No. And also, I know how to use Sawndz/HxD, but the problem I don't have the 0BD0320.hex file included in the Viewtiful Joe pack. all there is the 0BD0320 file. There's no extension, nothing. Just the file.

not all files show their extension, if there is a program on your computer that opens it, the extension will be hidden, go and set it to NOT hide extensions for known file types to reveal it
to check the file type, right click and hit properties, it will say .wmv/.hex and whutnot

I have Windows 7, so on a List View, it shows if there is an extension (like .hex file), but if it has none, then it just says "File"

I have 7, mine just says file, I didn't register the file type.. that file with the name given IS the hex file
