    I was looking around and found out the rel file for each stage and character controled the propertys that aren't in the pac file. So I surfed through it in a hex editor looking for the propertys. I found some things but I'm looking for what loads the character and causes the effects. Is that in the rel anyways? If so where would I find this?

    If you want to discuss modules in general (the .rel files) I would suggest making a topic in the On-Topic Discussion boards. Everyone with knowledge in .rels can be found there.
