If you don't have trouble with advanced coding, you will find this fairly fun and easy (since its just basic coding with GUI), if you are hopeless at any sort of code, you will be pretty fail at this to start with.

There isn't even a PSA .02 download link in the Attack Hacks section. >.>
Yes there is. That's where people with PSA .02 get it.

I have pretty much little to no knowledge of code, but PSA wasn't THAT hard to get used to. Obviously, coding knowledge must help, though.

It's easy with PSA anyway. Once you expose yourself to it and experiment a while, it's extremely easy to pick up.

Honestly, I know [censored] all about coding and other technological stuff, but I still manged to make a simple moveset, so it just takes trial and error to make one.

Don't copy them into the "data" folder. That's where some of the stuff that helps PSA function is kept. You can keep the .pac's anywhere. I don't keep them anywhere near PSA itself.

The name of the file i'm trying to open is "FitToonLink00.pac". I got it from the PAC and TGA pack from the download everything place that was posted earlier.

Yeh the one without numbers. You also need the latest net framework.

I got the net framework when I downloaded Smashbox, but where is the "one without numbers"? (I assume you mean one named "FitToonLink.pac") Do I need to download it somewhere else?
