HELP! Sheik custom PSA not working, crashes Wii

I downloaded a Sheik PSA made by someone as a request, but when I try to load a stage, the Wii freezes with the annoying beeping! I tried to check for solutions, but nothing seemed bad or incorrect to me. Can anyone check what's wrong with those PSAs? Maybe the fitcharacter.pac has exceeded its file size limit.
