You've got too many in-betweens for the actual slash. Removing some should add a bit of "oomph" hehe.

I don't feel like messing more with the animation, aside from adding the end of it.
I'm going to use frame speed modifiers to reduce chance of making me want throw something out of a window. >.>

BEHOLD THE VIOLET. Probably going to forget this by tomorrow, BUT HEY I'M USING THIS FOR NOW. Weird... looks more like rose... or something that way... lol... Or maybe am I misfunding violet with purple... It happens sometimes...

I noticed how Pit's right hand completely stopped rotating after he changed item hands.
You could always have instead done:
-Added another instance of the bow and used model visibility stuff
or
-Made an ExtGFX version of it that would show up. Hitbox could be on the hand.
