Game freezes sometimes in results screen? (background music still plays)

I'm currently using the Brawl+ codeset (4.1), and it sometimes freezes in the results screen. The background music still plays, so it doesnt make the loud beep sound. But you cant do anything until you reset the wii. I'm pretty sure this isnt caused by PSA's/CSP's/Textures because I chose two characters that didnt have any of those, used 1 stock, and continously jumped to die, just to test my theory. So could there be something else that's causing this problem? Or is it supposed to be like this. (If there's a solution like removing the results screen, i'll gladly give it a try)

Don't button mash on the control screen to get to the Character Select Screen. It's a problem in Brawl+, or you can remove Brawl+'s CSS.

ohh, so is it just brawl+'s CSS, or will the same problem occur if I made my own.

Same problem if you make your own. If you really want a CSS, don't mash buttons at the results screen. Just slowly press start/A button/+ button/whichever button gets you to the CSS.
