for those worndering about chaos it was a LONG and experimental progress with a bug in it
it has those bugs i mentioned that the import might have with disappearing and things rendering in front of him
Basicly i took my emerald chaos AND PUT SCIENCE INTO HIM!!!
but here is the slightly longer story
I rebuilt the matirals to only register edge texture
i took one of the extra lucarioheads and vertextured it into the brain.
moved and disabled some bones to make teh brain stay
then came the long process of futzing with matirals and shaders to get a satisfying result
HAPPY CUZ IT STILL HAZ BUGS AND I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE THIS CRAP OUT!!!!

    Knuckles looks like that because brawl can only have one texture per polygon. In order to fix that you have to separate the polygon into separate parts so it can use the textures it wants.

    okay.. well that explains the nose and legs... but not the gloves and eyes. they are already their own polygons with their own textures.

    yes. that caused it to freeze earlier... but ill try it again. could of been a corrupted .pcs

    I think u should change the texture type to CMPR to fix Knuckles...
