is there a way to have harder than level 9 characters? is there a way to increase difficulty past that rather than using psa's that are just stonger?

the cpu on intense mode is much harder than lvl 9
(I would know)
fighting a lvl 9 Pika vs fighting an intense Pika
intense wins >:3

If you want more difficulty, put two ennemy lvl9 versus you. :3

two lvl9's still isnt enough!  the ones on intence seem harder but i want like a way to change them in regular brawl, is there a tool to do this? |

Someone needs to check the Intense CPU's AIs. Maybe we can export those over vs. mode.

I've always wondered about this to. Like sometimes when you play online basic brawl and everyone is considerably good, a Cpu player shows up occasionally, but this is no ordinary Cpu...

the BOSS Mario psa is cool and all, i just tested it, but still not quite what im looking for.
Im not looking for an overpowered character that has moves that do 500+%, im looking for a more difficult AI.
