How does Pit arrow textures work? Every time I download arrow texture, I get 2 files. 1 called FitPit.pac and another called FitPitMotionEtc.pac. As far as I know, you're meant to put these 2 files into Pit's folder without renaming them. I did that, the arrow texture is fine, but then he doesn't have any sword slash effects and none of his attacks make noise. Please help!

Yeah, that's exactly how they work. But... go and ask the guy who made the textures --- I believe he did mention that he accidentally removed those effects you mentioned.

Thanks for the reply. So normally there would be sword slash effects and sound effects?

    Pretty much.

Although (I never have seen this myself) I've heard that the sound issue might be caused by out of region files. Since these files contain sound info... using NTSC files with a PAL brawl may have some issues.
