Says reduce the pallete on +1 and +2 textures

or simplify normal textures.

And I have no idea what it means.

It means you have to reduce the colors when indexing, or make your normal textures less detailed.

Since I suck with gimp and this is my first detailed texture.
You'll have to be a bit more precise

You have to reduce the colors in the textures that have been indexed (if the original indexed texture was 100 colors, change it to something lower, like 90) or make your normal textures less detailed (take out some of the detail, like the stuff you drew).

Dude really, it cant get any more precise than that.
