Need Help With Common3.pac as it's freezing at strap screen for some reason

You see, I need some help with the common3.pac. Yesterday, I downloaded these item hacks by Oizen (they were model imports) and inserted them into my common3.pac. they were these:

When i booted up brawl, it froze at the strap screen. obviously, since I never edited my info/common5.pac, It's my common3.pac i need to know the size limit for the common3.pac as i have no idea what it is in case that is the cause. Also, i used BrawlBox v0.63b to insert them. if someone could help me, it would be nice.
